Production utils
Production is primarily based on traditional methods, as this guarantees extremely high flexibility and exceptional quality. We use the following equipment:
For casting:
- 1 automatic IMF casting machine with a capacity of 700 x 700
- 1 manual casting unit with a maximum capacity of 3,000 x 2,000
- 1 manual forming unit
- 1 IMF auger mixer with a capacity of 20 t/h. Self-hardening sand
For the melting process:
- 1 electric induction furnace with a capacity of 500 kg
- 1 electric induction furnace with a capacity of 350 kg
- 1 fume extraction system on the induction furnaces
- 3 overhead travelling cranes to supply the casting units
For production:
- 1 deflection channel with fluidised bed
- 1 blasting unit with hoisting line
- 8 finishing and deburring points
For heat treatment:
- 1 treatment furnace with a capacity of 2,000 x 1,000 x 900
- 1 water quenching bath at the furnace’s exhaust poin
For inspection:
- 1 Q4 Tasman BRUKER spectrometer
- 1 WOLPERT hardness tester
- 3 precision scales
- 2 thermal measuring units and an infrared pyrometer
- 1 ROMER index arm with integrated 3D scanner
- “Traditional measuring units”: callipers, gauges, thermocouples, etc.
- 100 m² available for goods storage, equipped with a crane system and a surface plate
For design processes:
